Covid-19 UPDATE

DogLux Grooming Salon will remain open assuming we can maintain a safe environment for everyone and we appreciate your cooperation in this. Grooming is essential to keeping many pets healthy.

Our goal is to keep our clients, employees and pets safe. We realize that A LOT of our clientele is in the more vulnerable population, so we are asking for extra diligence on the part of ALL of our clients to remain home if sick. NO EXCEPTIONS. If anyone in the household is sick, we can not groom your pet until everyone is well. We want to keep this environment safe for our clients and groomers and for us to continue to be able to groom your pets. We will be changing few procedures to be extra careful.

Any employee who is under the weather or exhibits any ill symptoms will stay home. We appreciate your understanding if this results in having to re-schedule appointments - as we will equally understand if your appointments need to be rescheduled due to illness.

We have increased our environmental cleaning and dis-infection, especially public and shared surfaces and have increased our hand washing even more. 

We will TEMPORARILY CANCEL WALK-IN SERVICES. If you are an existing client, not just a walk in client, you may schedule a nail trim - but it will be by appointment only.

All pets must be handed off to us on a leash. We will not be taking pets from their owners arms. Please make sure all pets are on a leash when you arrive for your appointment. We will be doing hands-on-pets at check in behind our gate, not in the lobby.

PLEASE maintain social distance in the lobby if you can. Please be understanding and respectful as we implement these new policies. We don’t know the future but we can all be kind to one another and to our beloved pets as we get through this trying time.
